Statement -

 

The Main focus of this project was to design a 12' wide pedestrian bridge that will span 190 ft and be  operable opening that can fit an object 40' high by 30' wide. There is water 10' below the ground, and with that being said no structure can be built in the water. Certain members can't be more than 1 ft x 1 ft in size and can't be longer than 20 ft. The aesthetic look of the bridge is based purely on the movable function of the bridge and its compatability.
